Our law firm was founded by the founding partner Dr. Tatiana Timoranska in 1995. Since then, the office has been gradually developing and providing legal services to both business and non-business clients.
At present, our team consists of two senior partners, two legal trainees and two legal assistants. We belong to smaller offices, but thanks to that we offer an individual approach for each client. Extensive experience combined with an emphasis on the constant professional growth of all our members allow us to provide our clients with services at the highest professional level.
Our professional focus is determined by the structure of our clients and their demand for legal services in our office. In summary, our office is currently dominated by legal services in the following areas: bankruptcy law, real estate law, contract law, commercial law, family law but we also cover the tax agenda and other administrative disputes.
We provide legal services in Slovak, Hungarian and English.

Our team
She graduated from the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia. She has been providing legal services as an attorney since 1995 as a member of Slovak Bar Association. In her many years of experience, she deals with a wide range of areas of law, mainly commercial law, contract law, bankruptcy law and family law, both in litigation and non-litigation process. In addition to advocacy, she also performs as a bankruptcy liquidator. She speaks Hungarian.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia. She also successfully completed her studies at the University of Economics in Bratislava, Faculty of Economics. She is a member of Slovak Bar Association since 2011. She specializes in contract law, real estate law, commercial law, bankruptcy law and family law. In addition to advocacy, she also performs as a bankruptcy liquidator. She is also engaged in publishing activities in this area and in 2012 she published a monograph entitled “The position of liquidators in bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings”. She speaks English.
He graduated from the Pan-European University, Faculty of Law in Bratislava. He specializes in commercial and bankruptcy law
He graduated from the University of Trnava, Faculty of Law in Bratislava. She specializes in civil and family law.
She graduated from University of St. Cyril and Methodius, Faculty of Mass Media Communication in Trnava. In the office she provides administration, preparation of documents for lawyers, communication with public authorities and clients. She speaks English and Spanish.
